Product Information

The White Smooth Flat 4 Panel Internal Door brings a contemporary twist to a timeless Victorian and Edwardian favourite. With four clean recessed panels framed by semi-angular edges, this design (also widely recognised as the Burford or the XL Joinery White Victorian Shaker) delivers a stylish and versatile look that fits seamlessly into both modern developments and period-inspired interiors.

FSC Certification

Built with practicality at its core, the non-fire rated version features a lightweight hollow-core construction that makes handling and installation straightforward, while ensuring excellent value for large-scale projects. For areas where safety is critical, FD30-rated solid core models are also available, offering reliable 30-minute fire resistance. Each door is supplied white primed and ready for on-site painting, giving the flexibility to match individual colour schemes or standardised finishes across developments.

Sizing

This range is supplied in the most popular imperial door sizes, ensuring adaptability across a wide variety of property layouts. Non-fire rated doors are supplied with 300x82mm lock blocks positioned centrally on both sides, and can be trimmed by up to 6mm from any edge. Fire-rated models feature 18mm lippings and allow trimming of up to 12mm, providing installers with valuable flexibility. Bespoke sizing can also be supplied on extended lead times where required.

Sustainability

The White Smooth Flat 4 Panel Internal Door is produced under FSC® (INT-COC-003944.500) mix certification, with at least 70% of its timber content drawn from FSC-certified forests, recycled sources and controlled wood. This ensures that both developers and individual buyers can specify the product with confidence in its environmental credentials, while still achieving long-lasting quality.

Coordinating Across Entire Developments

For a consistent finish across every room, this 4-panel design is available in non-fire rated, fire-rated and glazed variants. Bedrooms and utility spaces benefit from solid models, glazed options allow natural light to move between living areas, and FD30 versions provide essential fire protection where required. This combination makes it easy to achieve a cohesive look throughout a property while meeting both aesthetic and regulatory needs.

Ideal for Volume Buyers

This range has been designed with developers and multi-plot projects in mind. Lightweight construction ensures faster installation, while the availability of fire-rated and glazed models means one design can cover every interior requirement. With volume pricing available and backed by a 10-year Manufacturing Defects Guarantee, this product delivers excellent value for large-scale installations without compromising on durability or appearance.
