Product Information

A modern favourite with timeless appeal, the white textured Mexicano internal door combines a classic cottage-inspired design with practical performance suited to contemporary living. Also known as the Newark or the Holdenby, this moulded door captures the character of traditional joinery while offering the easy handling and value that new build developers and tradespeople appreciate.

FSC Certification

Built using a lightweight hollow-core construction, this door is designed for straightforward installation and efficient use across multi-plot housing developments. The durable framed moulded structure includes 300x82mm lock blocks on both sides, centred precisely for easy hardware fitting. Supplied white primed and ready for on-site finishing, the subtly grained textured MDF surface gives a realistic timber look once painted, ideal for creating a consistent cottage-inspired theme throughout a property.

Non-fire-rated doors can be trimmed by up to 6mm from any edge, providing flexibility for fitting in standard or slightly uneven frames. Matching FD30 fire-rated versions are available with solid cores and 18mm lippings, allowing trimming by up to 12mm from any edge while maintaining full fire compliance. Both variants are available in the most popular imperial and metric sizes, with bespoke options offered on extended lead times for special projects.

Designed for large-scale developments, this range offers excellent value, efficient handling, and consistent visual quality across every unit. This Mexicano internal door provides a versatile solution for interior schemes that need the charm of a traditional design combined with modern practicality. Each model is covered by a 10-year Manufacturing Defects Guarantee for long-term peace of mind.
