Each door is built with 10mm solid oak lippings, allowing for a reduction of up to 12mm (6mm from any edge) on standard doors. Fire-rated variants can be trimmed by up to 8mm in total (4mm from each edge), providing the flexibility needed for on-site adjustments without compromising structure. 

The panel layout is determined by door width, with 3-panel styles available in 457mm, 526mm, and 533mm widths; 4-panel in 610mm and 626mm; 5-panel in 686mm, 711mm, 726mm, 762mm, and 813mm; and 6-panel configurations for wider options at 826mm, 838mm, and 926mm.
