Product Information

The FD30 fire rated Heritage Black Internal Door brings the popular industrial look to the parts of your home where fire protection is required, providing 30 minutes of certified fire resistance while matching our internal French, Bi-folding (Roomfold Grande) and FrenchFold collections, as well as our external Patio ranges, for a unified industrial aesthetic from room to room.

FSC Certification

Constructed around a solid core, the door arrives with a smooth black primed surface, needing only a top-coat on site. Keep it black for the full urban effect or repaint in a colour of your choosing. The standard lock block design is retained too, meaning everyday 65mm or 75mm latches can be used rather than the expensive specialist narrow backset locks that many rival narrow stile doors demand. As heavyweight, solid core FD30 fire doors go, it represents seriously strong value.

This fire rated design is supplied with generous 18mm lippings, allowing trimming of up to 12mm from any edge (a maximum overall reduction of 24mm in height or width), giving fitters welcome flexibility when working with openings that are slightly out of square.

As with any fire door, correct installation with appropriate intumescent seals and fire-rated ironmongery is essential for the door to perform as certified, so make sure your fitting meets Building Regulations for your project.
