Product Information

This exquisite door, crafted with a depth of 44mm and robust stiles and rails measuring 115mm and 225mm respectively, is designed to bring elegance and security to any home or office space.

At the heart of its design is the fire rating of 30 minutes, offering peace of mind and added safety. The door's natural oak color exudes a classic charm, and it's also available in a variety of other shades like Americano, Blanco, Cappuccino, Clear Lacquer, Crema, Latte, and Slate to suit diverse interior palettes - altnerative finishes are offered on a POA basis.

The Suffolk Pattern 10 Oak Fire Door comes unfinished, allowing for personalisation through painting or staining. A full finish is required, which can be achieved with light sanding using 240g sandpaper, providing a smooth base for any chosen finish.

The construction of this door is a testament to both its quality and aesthetic appeal. It features a flush, grooved design made from oak veneer, adding a touch of sophistication to its functionality. The door includes one panel, with the veneer material being white oak, and a veneer thickness of 0.60mm.

Safety is further enhanced by the inclusion of toughened clear glazing, adding to the door’s functionality without compromising on style. The door is also lipped on all four sides, each with an 11mm thickness, and is complemented with oak beading, bringing a cohesive look to its design.

The Suffolk Pattern 10 Oak Fire Door requires a 4" Butt hinge for installation, and similar to its finishing process, light sanding is recommended for the perfect fit. This door not only meets aesthetic expectations but also adheres to environmental standards. It is crafted from sustainably sourced wood, boasting both FSC and PEFC certifications, underlining the commitment to environmental responsibility.

Additionally, this door is versatile, with bespoke, doorset, and solid versions available, catering to a range of requirements and preferences. The Suffolk Pattern 10 Oak Fire Door is more than just a functional element; it’s a statement piece that combines safety, sustainability, and style, making it an ideal choice for those seeking to enhance their living or workspace with a touch of elegance.
