The Oak Mexicano P10 Roomfold Grande from CLIMADOOR is built for larger openings, giving you a versatile room divider that slides and folds neatly aside to open up two spaces into one. The oak veneer carries the distinctive Mexicano groove detailing across every leaf, drawing natural light through into adjoining rooms.

A firm favourite among our customers, the Mexicano Oak P10 Prefinished Roomfold Grande is supplied with three doors that together make up an overall frame size of 2371mm wide by 2060mm high. Every set arrives complete with the items listed below:

Engineered Oak Prefinished frame pack with loose pin stops, and with a 133mm lining depth,
3 x 762mm x 1981mm x 35mm thick Mexicano Oak P10 Prefinished, Engineered Oak solid core doors, with toughened glass,
High quality, adjustable Stainless steel running gear and drop bolts, complete with head track,
Supplied in a 2+1 design, meaning two doors fold to either the left or the right, with a daily access door pivoting from the opposite jamb
Trimmable by up to 96mm in width and 32mm in height. Always trim equally from each side of each door and reduce the frame to suit.

You will need to source only the architrave and a door handle / latch to finish the installation, as these two items are not included. Well built and hard wearing, this set is a dependable way to introduce a folding partition wherever you want to divide a space. Being a top-hung design that runs on a head track with no floor rail, the doors fold in on one another and collect as a neat stack to one side of the opening, gathering clear of the doorway rather than sitting flush along the wall.

Both height and width can be trimmed to help the set match your opening. It also works particularly well where it is being installed over an existing floor covering, keeping the clearance beneath the doors to a minimum. Fitting instructions are included, and every set is fully reversible, so the doors can be hung to fold to either the left or the right.

To give you the greatest possible flexibility during fitting, and so the doors can be adjusted in size within tolerance to suit your opening, the doors and frame are supplied without any pre-machining for hardware.
