The generous leaf proportions are what give the system its Grande name, allowing for fewer, wider panels and a more open, uncluttered look when the doors are folded back.
Each door is built around a solid core and finished in a white primer, ready to take a topcoat in your chosen shade once installed. The clear toughened safety glass runs through the panels to draw daylight from one room into the next, making it a practical choice for darker hallways or open-plan layouts where borrowed light is welcome. Movement is handled by heavy-duty stainless steel running hardware and a top-mounted head track, giving the doors a smooth and stable action without the need to cut into or sit proud of the floor.
The system is available as a 2, 3, 4 or 5 door arrangement in a range of opening patterns, made up from various leaf sizes to suit openings from 1151mm to 3911mm wide. It is supplied in flat pack format for assembly on site using the instructions provided, and a joiner is recommended for fitting. Because the doors can be adjusted in both height and width, the system can be tailored to non-standard openings, and it can be installed directly over existing flooring.
The pack includes a white primed frame pack, white primed solid core glazed doors, hinges, running hardware, head track and brushed stainless steel drop bolts. All other necessary components are included, with architrave, handles and latches left to your own selection.
This system suits a wide range of internal applications, from separating a kitchen and dining area or a lounge and conservatory in the home, to dividing meeting rooms and breakout spaces in a commercial setting. It works particularly well where a flexible divide is needed between two rooms that benefit from being opened up on occasion while retaining the option to close them off, and where shared natural light is an advantage.
