Product Information

The White Caprice Smooth Internal Door offers a refined take on the classic two-panel design, distinguished by subtle grooves where the faux stiles and rails meet. This small detail gives the door added definition, providing a more traditional finish while still maintaining the clean, versatile look that suits both contemporary homes and more traditional properties.

FSC Certification

Lightweight hollow-core construction makes the non-fire rated versions straightforward to handle and install, helping reduce labour costs across larger projects. For rooms requiring additional safety measures, FD30-rated solid core versions are also available, ensuring compliance without disrupting the cohesive style of a property. Supplied with a smooth MDF skin and factory-primed in white, each door is ready for painting in your chosen colour to complement the wider interior design scheme.

Sizing

The White Caprice Smooth Internal Door range is offered in both imperial and metric sizes to suit a variety of property layouts. Non-fire rated doors can be trimmed by up to 6mm from any edge, while fire rated versions are supplied with 18mm lippings and allow trimming of up to 12mm. All non-fire rated models include 300x82mm lock blocks on both sides, with the lock block centred in the middle of the door to make fitting straightforward.

Sustainability

These doors are manufactured under FSC® (INT-COC-003944.500) mix certification, with at least 70% of the timber content sourced from FSC-certified forests, recycled materials and controlled wood. By choosing this range, developers and homeowners alike can specify products that meet high environmental standards while ensuring lasting performance.

Coordinating Across Entire Developments

With solid, fire-rated and glazed versions available, the White Caprice Smooth door style can be applied consistently across a whole property. Bedrooms and utility areas benefit from the solid two-panel design, while living spaces are brightened by the matching glazed option. Fire-rated variants ensure essential compliance in key locations, keeping safety and continuity at the forefront.

This versatility allows developers to specify a single style across multiple plots, creating a cohesive look that buyers appreciate, while also reducing the complexity of sourcing different door types for different requirements.

Ideal for Newbuild and Volume Projects

The White Caprice Smooth range is particularly suited to multi-plot housing developments. Lightweight construction simplifies handling and speeds up fitting, while the range of specifications ensures that every requirement, from standard internal doors to fire-rated or glazed models, can be met within one style. Combined with volume pricing options and a 10-year Manufacturing Defects Guarantee, this product delivers both practicality and reliability, making it a smart choice for large-scale installations.
