This traditional Idaho oak door is split into three separate panels using flush muntins, which add a distinctive character to the door. Reasonably priced and solidly built, this heavyweight internal panel door is built from the finest engineered, solid core oak, and is a great choice for refurbishment projects thanks to its engineered 18mm solid oak lippings, which are easy to trim to fit less conventional aperture sizes.
The door is also offered in standard 35mm thick and 44mm thick FD30 Fire door options. A perfect pairing for this door would be the Utah oak door with frosted glass, which matches the style, but features frosted panes of glass in place of the muntins for greater light filtration. The door is supplied unfinished as standard, and the unique nature of the flush design means there are many colour combinations you could experiment with. Perhaps try offsetting a lighter finish on the raised section of the door with a darker coat applied to the flush muntins? Or consider simply staining the external section with a protective coating and only painting the flush areas? The options offered by this unique design are endless.
